It’s always an extra mile for delighting customers!

One of our regular customers, Mrs.Radhika, from Mumbai, travels once in a while to Chennai. She is well-known for her simplicity and humanity with lots of beautiful principles in life.

Last month they had informed us in advance about their visit, so Saravana Kumar had arranged for their choice of preferred necklace proactively. When they had arrived as a family, we had a complete emotional connection with all of them and we showed them the best hospitality. They had a savings amount for 16L, which they redeemed; but Saravana Kumar did an upsell for another 24L and the customer was very happy with his suggestive selling. The overall bill value was Rs.40L.

Also, as we came to know that they had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, we immediately organized a celebration at our store too.
