From a single store in 1997 to multiple award-winning retail outlets across varied formats—watches, jewellery, and eyewear—says a lot about Chitra Sivakumar, our managing partner. She is driven by the firm belief that it is attitude and not just talent that leads to success. Chitra focuses on ensuring customer delight in every aspect of the business. In fact, many of her customer-connect initiatives have been recognized as industry benchmarks.
A strategic thinker and an ardent entrepreneur, Sivakumar believes in creating and sharing wealth. He has created a unique identity for the entire organization as a people and customer centric one, leading to many awards including the prestigious NHRD award for Human Excellence and India INC award for Innovation to name a few. He heads the PRABHA Group, a mid-tier conglomerate, straddling both manufacturing and retail domains.
